Kyshenkove Misto ("Pocket City") is a Lviv studio that tells stories about cities: we publish books and games, build apps and portals, design spaces and brands, and photograph the places we love.

KYSHENKOVE MISTO TOV ("Pocket City", "we") publishes books, games and software, provides programming, web portals and data services, architecture, engineering, design, photography and advertising services, and retails computers and software. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Mini-game on this site
The city-builder on our website runs only in your browser and collects no data.
3. Players of our games and app users
Our games and apps have their own privacy notices. Where accounts exist, we process account data and game progress; we do not sell player data, and games for children do not include targeted advertising.
4. Authors
Manuscripts and pitches are confidential and used only to evaluate and publish the work. Contracts and royalty data are kept as required by law.
5. People in photographs
We photograph identifiable people only with consent or in public settings where allowed by law, and remove images on reasonable request.
6. Shop customers and clients
Contacts, orders, warranty records and project contracts.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, consent (newsletters, photography), legitimate interests (game security).
8. Recipients
Printers, app stores, payment providers, hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
